Note:
- Subscribers will be charged RM0.10 for every SMS sent.
- A transaction fee of RM0.60 (includes RM0.10 for SMS) will be charged to the data sender for each successful data transfer.
- A transaction fee of RM0.30 (includes RM0.10 for SMS) will be charged to the data requester for each successful data plan purchase.
- Both parties must be in Active status with sufficient credit / data balance to successfully transfer or purchase Data for the Data requestor.
Terms & Conditions
- The Plans is valid for all existing and new Tone Excel & Tone Plus (TONE GROUP) subscribers only.
- The Plan is available for Airtime to Data Transfer as per below with the following data quota, validity and price for TONE GROUP subscribers:
- 1.5GB – 1.5GB allocation for 30 days from date and time of transfer at the cost of RM28.00
- 3GB – 3GB allocation for 30 days from date and time of transfer at the cost of RM50.00
- Service charges are applicable for both Airtime to Data Transfer & Request
- Charging for Data Transfer donor RM0.50 (upon successful transaction) + SMS (TONE GROUP subs RM0.10)
- Charging for Data Request donor RM 0.50 (upon successful transaction) + SMS (TONE GROUP subs RM0.10)
- Charging for Data Request requestor RM0.20 (upon successful transaction) + SMS (TONE GROUP subs RM0.10)
- Airtime to Data Transfer instructions, subscribers must send the desired keyword to 23332

- In the event the Data Quota is exhausted before the expiry, users can get an additional Data Quota by subscribing to other TONE GROUP Data Plans available as per in website.
- Any data usage after the Data Quota is totally exhausted will be charged at current Pay Per Use rates and it is valid.
- Each TONE GROUP number is allowed to TRANSFER to multiple other TONE GROUP numbers but, only ONE successful transfer is allowed to each number. For REQUEST, only ONCE a day is allowed for a TONE GROUP number to request Data Plan from another TONE GROUP number.
- All un-used data balance will be forfeited and refund will not be allowed.
- All queries pertaining to the Plan should be directed to Tune Talk’s Customer Care by calling 13100 or 03-2772 0000 from 8am to 10pm daily.
- All subscribers that participate in any part of the Plan are bound by the terms and conditions contained herein together with Tune Talks service terms and conditions, as and when so amended herein and any decisions made by Tune Talk shall be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
- Where the terms & conditions are translated into a language other than the English Language, in the event of any inconsistencies, conflicts or discrepancies between the terms and conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the other language(s), the English Language version shall prevail.
- The terms and conditions herein shall be governed and construed in the laws of Malaysia and the subscribers agree unconditionally to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysia.
- In the interest of the subscribers and the provision of the service, Tune Talk reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without any prior notice.
